General information

  • What types of accommodation do you offer? We offer 3 comfortable apartments and 1 spacious villa, all located in La Réunion.

  • How many people can be accommodated?

    • Apartments: we welcome between 2 and 4 people depending on the accommodation.

    • The villa: we welcome up to 8 peopleideal for families or groups.

  • Where are your homes located? Our accommodations are located in convenient tourist areas in the south of La Réunion, close to amenities and natural sites.

Booking & Payment

  • How can I make a reservation? You can book directly via our website contact form, by telephone or by e-mail. A deposit is required to confirm the booking.

  • What payment methods do you accept? We prefer bank transfers. We also accept cash for the balance on arrival and vacation vouchers (5% commission and processing fee).

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    • Reservations are considered firm and final. However, we can modify the dates of stay according to availability up to 45 days before arrival.

    • We do not refund the deposit, except in exceptional cases with supporting documents and when it is not possible to postpone the stay.

Stay & Services

  • What time can I arrive and leave?

    • Arrival: we welcome travelers from 2pm for the apartments and 11am for Villa Evilou.

    • Departure: we ask you to leave before 11am for apartments (flexible times subject to availability) and before 5pm for Villa Evilou.

  • Are sheets and towels provided? Yes, we include all household linen.

  • Is there a Wi-Fi connection? Yes, we equip all our accommodations with a free internet connection.

  • Do you offer a cleaning service?Cleaning at the end of your stay is compulsory. You can also request an additional cleaning service.

Access & Environment

  • Is there a parking lot? Yes, we provide one parking space for each apartment.

  • How do I get to my accommodation from the airport? You can reach our accommodations by rental car or bus (approx. 1h to 1h15 depending on the accommodation). We provide you with the exact address and a Google Maps link.

  • What activities are available nearby? You can enjoy hiking, beaches, local markets, cultural and volcanic visits.

Miscellaneous

  • Are pets allowed? We accept pets only on request and exclusively in the Coco Run*** apartment.

  • Is there a minimum number of nights to reserve? We require a minimum of 1 night for Villa Evilou and 5 nights for the apartments.

  • Can you provide childcare equipment? Yes, we can provide a cot, high chair, changing mat, hiking carrier, potty, etc. free of charge, on request.

  • Are the apartments accessible to people with reduced mobility? Villa Evilou is entirely on one level, and can easily accommodate people with reduced mobility. For apartments, please contact us directly.
