General information<\/h3>

  • What types of accommodation do you offer?<\/strong> We offer 3 comfortable apartments and 1 spacious villa, all located in La R\u00e9union.<\/p><\/li>

  • How many people can be accommodated?<\/strong><\/p>

    • Apartments: we welcome between 2 and 4 people<\/b><\/span> depending on the accommodation.<\/p><\/li>

    • The villa: we welcome up to 8 people<\/b><\/span>ideal for families or groups.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

    • Where are your homes located?<\/strong> Our accommodations are located in convenient tourist areas in the south of La R\u00e9union, close to amenities and natural sites.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

      Booking & Payment<\/h3>

      • How can I make a reservation? <\/strong>You can book directly via our website contact form, by telephone or by e-mail. A deposit is required to confirm the booking. <\/p><\/li>

      • What payment methods do you accept?<\/strong> We prefer bank transfers. We also accept cash for the balance on arrival and vacation vouchers (5% commission and processing fee). <\/p><\/li>

      • What is your cancellation policy?<\/strong><\/p>

        • Reservations are considered firm and final. However, we can modify the dates of stay according to availability up to 45 days before arrival. <\/p><\/li>

        • We do not refund the deposit, except in exceptional cases with supporting documents and when it is not possible to postpone the stay.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

          Stay & Services<\/h3>

          • What time can I arrive and leave?<\/strong><\/p>

            • Arrival: we welcome travelers from <\/span>2pm for the apartments<\/b> and <\/span>11am for Villa Evilou<\/b>.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

            • Departure: we ask you to leave before 11am for apartments<\/b><\/span> (flexible times subject to availability) and before 5pm for Villa Evilou<\/b><\/span>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

            • Are sheets and towels provided?<\/strong> Yes, we include all household linen.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

            • Is there a Wi-Fi connection?<\/strong> Yes, we equip all our accommodations with a free internet connection.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

            • Do you offer a cleaning service?<\/strong>Cleaning at the end of your stay is compulsory. You can also request an additional cleaning service. <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              Access & Environment<\/h3>

              • Is there a parking lot?<\/strong> Yes, we provide one parking space for each apartment.<\/p><\/li>

              • How do I get to my accommodation from the airport? <\/strong>You can reach our accommodations by rental car or bus (approx. 1h to 1h15 depending on the accommodation). We provide you with the exact address and a Google Maps link. <\/p><\/li>

              • What activities are available nearby? <\/strong>You can enjoy hiking, beaches, local markets, cultural and volcanic visits.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                Miscellaneous<\/h3>

                • Are pets allowed? <\/strong>We accept pets <\/span>only on request and exclusively in the Coco Run*** apartment.<\/p><\/li>

                • Is there a minimum number of nights to reserve? <\/strong>We require <\/span>a minimum of 1 night for Villa Evilou and <\/span>5 nights for the apartments.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

                • Can you provide childcare equipment? <\/b>Yes, we can provide a cot, high chair, changing mat, hiking carrier, potty, etc. free of charge<\/span>, on request.<\/p><\/li>

                • Are the apartments accessible to people with reduced mobility?<\/b> Villa Evilou is entirely on one level, and can easily accommodate people with reduced mobility.
